Vegan Protein Pancakes

These fluffy pancakes will become a regular in your household. Top with your favorites like fresh berries, nut butter, and maple syrup! Dig in and enjoy!

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup creamy chocolate orgain protein powder You can used any vegan protein powder.
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup water


  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the maple syrup and then slowly add the water. It should be thick, add a extra water if needed.
  • If you would like to make these oil free use a non-stick pan. Make pancakes by pouring batter into pan and flip after a couple minutes and cook for a little longer.
