“They might just be a small part of your life, but to them you are there whole life.” About 4 years ago I walked into a pet shop and found my self face to face with a flyer that pictured two sweet guinea pigs that had been returned to the pet shop after the family had “lost interest” in the them. They had been there for over a month and were desperate for home. I knew those sweet boys needed to come home with me so I packed them up and off we started a new adventure. Previously, Banana and Ninja, now Calvin and Hobbs spent the last 4 years being a part of my family. In December Hobbs suddenly passed, and over this past weekend Calvin started to decline. Something that most people don’t know are that guinea pigs are pack animals and without their pack they can suffer. Knowing Calvin wasn’t doing well we spent a few hours on Sunday cuddling and spending out last time together. I’ll miss these boys and thank they for the past 4 joyful years ❤️ #guineapigsofinstagram
